Job Overview

Seeking a skilled digital strategist to drive search outcomes and champion customer success. The successful candidate will deliver performance excellence through proactive relationship management, SEO/AEO impact, and client account management.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, contributing to various digital projects, and driving organic search growth outcomes. You will also conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies to improve organic visibility across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement successful SEO/AEO programs for clients
  • Drive organic search growth outcomes and improve organic visibility across key markets
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to align SEO goals with content execution
  • Audit websites and recommend improvements for on-page SEO, technical SEO, and metadata
  • Monitor, report, and analyze SEO and AEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
  • Identify new opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions
  • Prepare presentations for SEO strategies and ensure programs deliver per agreed objectives and scope
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, AEO, and SEO best practices

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years' experience in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing
  • Passionate about SEO, content strategy, and data-driven digital performance
  • Experience in advising how to win in AEO and LLM search
  • Proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
  • Experienced in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
  • Familiar with social and digital media advertising
  • Flexible approach to work with an agile mindset
  • Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills (strong written and verbal English)
