  • Lead and manage a team of portfolio actions officers and staff to ensure delivery of programs aligned with the business.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign launches and program implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and other guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in project management, product development, sales, and marketing.
  • Knowledgeable on credit card products and services and related financial and non-financial processes and circulated regulations.
  • Good quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
