The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support U.S. employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, medical leave triage, and system documentation uploads.
  • Assist employees with any questions regarding their benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits programs and regulations.
  • Benefit administration or similar administrative skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
