  • Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals using provided Word and Excel templates.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior experience in plumbing and sprinkler takeoffs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and proposal preparation is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail are crucial.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines are vital.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints with accuracy is critical.
