Job Title: Community Liaison Specialist

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining strong relationships with key national and local government agencies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rapport with various government offices, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as the official representative in discussions, hearings, and meetings with government offices regarding mall operations and compliance.

The successful candidate will also ensure timely acquisition, renewal, and compliance of all required government permits for mall operations, including business permits, fire safety inspection certificates, and environmental compliance certificates.

Permit Management:
  • Monitor expiration dates of permits and proactively manage renewals to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams (Legal, Operations, Engineering) to guarantee full compliance with relevant government regulations.

Additionally, you will stay informed on changes in laws, ordinances, and regulations that may impact mall operations and effectively communicate these updates to stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of government transactions, permit statuses, and correspondence.
  • Promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement programs that align with local government priorities.

This position requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to facilitate partnerships or agreements with local government units, and a passion for promoting mall operations as community hubs.
