We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our sales pipeline and outreach efforts.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will conduct outbound cold calls to generate interest and collect email addresses from potential prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through cold calling, collecting email addresses from potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions for smooth workflow.
- Create personalized, educational screencast videos (around 10 minutes each) for prospects.
- Conduct research on competitors' websites and digital marketing data before recording.
- Upload and manage videos on a YouTube channel.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients throughout the sales process.
- Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience, preferably in U.S. markets.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral or light accent preferred.
- Prior outbound calling or sales experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident on camera, able to speak naturally without reading directly from a script.
- Familiarity with video recording software and YouTube.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn and understand basic digital marketing terms.
