Senior Video Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team on a contract basis.
About the RoleThis is a remote, independent contractor engagement that will require you to deliver high-quality video content on a regular basis. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, story-driven videos that drive visibility, engagement, and conversion for our brand.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering a range of video assets, including short-form social edits, software/product demos, manifesto or brand films, testimonials and case studies, training & learning modules, video sales letters (VSLs), and repurposed content. You will also be required to review and catalogue existing footage each month, create transcripts and searchable notes, tag and highlight key b-roll shots, and maintain an organised, easy-to-use video library for future projects.
Success in this role will be measured against a set of agreed video deliverables and their intended outcomes, which may include alignment with our brand identity, brief alignment, minimal rework, timely delivery, strategic value, and library organisation.
Requirements- You should have 5+ years of experience in video editing across marketing, content, or production.
- You must have a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in colour grading, LUTs, multi-cam sync, captions, overlays, transitions, and motion graphics for social media is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
Bonus qualifications include experience with 360° and drone footage, YouTube SEO editing practices, and creating VSLs.
