Senior Video Content Specialist

Elevate your creative skills in a dynamic gaming content brand by taking on the role of a skilled Video Editor. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of engaging content across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent editing skills, including experience with professional video editing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud. They will be proficient in creating captivating motion graphics and text overlays, as well as conducting competitor analysis to guide improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Edit two long-form YouTube videos (10+ minutes) per week using voiceovers and gameplay footage, adding engaging text overlays, basic animations, and smooth transitions to enhance viewer retention.
- Organize and manage large video files and project assets efficiently, utilizing Google Drive and Workspace for file management and version control.
- Collaborate with team members to receive feedback and align on creative direction, ensuring consistency with the existing editing style and branding of the gaming channel.
- Conduct light research on competitors and channel analytics to help improve content performance, making data-driven decisions to elevate the brand's presence.
- Assist with scriptwriting and topic research as needed, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Proven experience editing YouTube videos, preferably in the gaming or content creation niche.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other professional video editing tools.
- Strong editing skills, including cutting gameplay footage, syncing audio, and creating engaging motion graphics and text overlays.
- Ability to effectively match voiceovers or commentary with gameplay footage, enhancing the overall viewing experience.
- Experience conducting competitor analysis and using YouTube performance data to guide improvements, driving growth and engagement.
