About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Banking Sales Officer to join our team at Likha Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by offering customer-centric financial solutions that align with the unique needs and aspirations of our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to forge strong and lasting relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and needs, and providing expert guidance to help them plan for a better tomorrow. You will be empowered to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by offering customer-centric financial solutions
  • Forge strong and lasting relationships with customers
  • Understand customer financial goals and needs, and provide expert guidance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college + 2 years' experience in sales or customer service; OR completed a 4-year bachelor's degree + 1 year experience in sales or customer service
  • Effective communication of financial concepts to provide exceptional client service
  • Willing to be assigned onsite at a bank branch

Preferred Qualifications:

  • For non-fresh graduates, a minimum of 6 months of client-facing experience, preferably in a financial institution
  • Displays positive values and a likable personality, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships
