We are seeking a Banking Sales Officer to join our team at Likha Careers.

About the Role

As a Banking Sales Officer, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by offering customer-centric financial solutions that align with the unique needs and aspirations of clients. You will serve as the main point of contact, forging strong and lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers' financial goals and needs
  • Provide expert guidance and help plan for a better tomorrow
  • Serve as the main point of contact and forge strong relationships with customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, or a completed 4-year bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Effective communication skills to provide exceptional client service
  • A minimum of 6 months of client-facing experience, preferably in a financial institution (for non-fresh graduates)
  • A likable personality and positive values to build trust and maintain strong client relationships

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 25,000 - 35,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, we cover all expenses related to training, required devices, and examination fees. Please note that there are no application fees for this position.

Locations

Batangas: Sto. Tomas, Davao: Magsaysay, and Three (3) Opening of Roving Financial Advisor (Supporting NCR stores; Will be stationed in Makati, Muntinlupa, or Las Piñas).
