This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Likha Careers as a Banking Sales Officer. As a key member of our Bancassurance / Finance division, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional client service. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or customer service, you will be responsible for achieving the bank's sales targets by offering customer-centric financial solutions that align with the unique needs and aspirations of our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact, forging strong and lasting relationships with customers. This will involve understanding their financial goals and needs, providing expert guidance, and helping them plan for a better tomorrow.

You will be assigned onsite at one of our bank branches in locations such as Batangas: Sto. Tomas, Davao: Magsaysay, or three (3) Opening of Roving Financial Advisor (Supporting NCR stores; Will be stationed in Makati, Muntinlupa, or Las Piñas).

A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution is required, with a focus on business-related courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and we offer full coverage of expenses related to training, required devices, and examination fees. Our employees enjoy competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, based on industry standards and qualifications.
