**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Global Cosmetics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Managing day-to-day tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
    • Providing general administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication and Record-Keeping:
    • Serving as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors.
    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee, financial, and operational records.
  • Compliance and Liaison:
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine laws, such as securing permits or licenses when needed.
    • Liaising with government agencies (e.g., BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth) for administrative requirements.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
