Job Title

A Virtual Medical Manager is responsible for ensuring congruence between the virtual assistant’s performance and the client's expectations.

This role involves day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team of medical professionals to meet required targets set by clients.

  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Work with clients to grow their businesses using global medical services as a Virtual Medical Manager.
  • Manage medical client-VA relationships.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team of medical client-VA pairs.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Work with clients to grow their businesses using global medical services as a Virtual Medical Manager.
  • Manage medical client-VA relationships.
  • Mitigate client concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Preferred: Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • At least 3 years of Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, organized, and focused.
  • Ability to think outside the box and understand requirements to create solutions.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.

The system requirements for this role are:

  • PRIMARY SYSTEM
    • Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher computer processor.
    • 8.00 GB computer memory/RAM.
    • At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura computer operating system.
    • Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
    • Camera capable of clear and crisp video output.
  • BACK-UP SYSTEM
    • Option 1: Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher computer processor.
    • 8.00 GB computer memory/RAM.
    • At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura computer operating system.
    • Optional: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • OPTION 2 (POWER SUPPLY - UPS)
    • Capable of powering your workstation for at least 3 hours.
    • Typically a device with 240Wh or higher.
    • Accepts all plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment.
  • PRIMARY INTERNET CONNECTION
    • DSL / Fiber Connection - Minimum of 8mb/s.
  • BACK-UP INTERNET CONNECTION
    • Minimum of 5mb/s.
