Job Title: Health, Safety and Security Manager

The position of Health, Safety and Security Manager is a vital role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the site health, safety and security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the site health, safety and security strategy to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of health and safety systems to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a health and safety management role.
  • A degree in a related field such as engineering or occupational health and safety.
  • Certification as a Certified Safety Officer (CSO) or other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
