IT OJT Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to assist our IT team with desktop OS installation, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management during on-the-job training.

About the Role:

  • Install and configure desktop operating systems.
  • Set up hardware and peripherals such as keyboards and mice.
  • Configure printers and perform basic desktop troubleshooting.
  • Monitor incidents and request support tickets.
  • Respond to chat support queries as the first point of contact.
  • Assist clients with desktop movement and inventory management.
  • Perform routine desktop maintenance and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Ability to commit 1800 work hours.
  • Memorandum of Agreement from the school.
  • Endorsement letter from the school.
  • Waiver.

Training & Development:

Extensive hands-on training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.
