Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IC Layout Engineer to join our team. This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in custom layout engineering and physical verification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement custom IP blocks, including floor plan, routing, and physical verification using Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens Calibre.
  • Collaborate with circuit designers to ensure key layout constraints are met.
  • Work effectively with the EDA CAD group to resolve issues and improve layouts.
  • Hold quality reviews of completed cells, macros, and chip-level layouts to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in custom layout engineering and physical verification.
  • Strong knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens Calibre.
  • Experience with EM-IR analysis and debugging using Cadence Voltus.
  • Automation skill and knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Cadence SKILL) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with FinFET technology nodes and PNR is a plus.
