We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new personal account set up for mortgage products and handling subsequent requests once the account has been opened.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all mortgage and non-financial transactions are processed accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage straightforward financial transactions for mortgage products.
  • Collaborate with business units to address issues and questions related to Manulife Bank's products and processes.
  • Adhere to AML guidelines, applying enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients and regulatory compliance.
  • Be flexible to work overtime during peak periods and high-volume situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to compose clear and concise emails and understand customer information.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with good navigation skills.
