What You'll Do

You will be responsible for preparing applications for submission to a lender by checking documents and organizing client files, being in touch with clients to make sure we have all the required documents, inputting data into lender serviceability calculators, and searching and understanding lender credit policies and policy checks (parabroking).

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of mortgage lending process and CRM experience /Salestracker tools, who has attention to detail and can understand client financials, do serviceability assessments, read and understand lender policies, and take care to ensure key data is accurate.
