Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Administrator at Bluforce Security Services Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Organizing and maintaining personnel records
Updating internal databases with accurate employee information
Preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
Liaising with external partners to ensure compliance with labor laws
Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Providing administrative support to the payroll department
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS
Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize important projects
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
