IT Deployment Expertise

The IT deployment specialist role plays a vital part in deploying and maintaining client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and Maintain Sites: Deploy and maintain trial and production sites for seamless operation.
  • Customize Meeting Sites: Personalize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features.
  • Update Meeting Information: Update meeting information, logos, banners, and upload downloadable files as needed.
  • Maintain System Parameters: Regularly update internal system parameters and modify dynamic forms.
  • Address Support Cases: Address support cases via phone, email, or online tools efficiently.
  • Provide Product Information: Offer product usage and sales information to clients.
  • Analyze and Route Cases: Analyze and route support cases appropriately based on priority.
  • Conduct Client Training: Conduct client training sessions and perform environmental health checks as necessary.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL is essential.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to adjust to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours when required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is necessary.
