Responsibilities include communicating with customers professionally, providing solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines, listening attentively to customer needs, and demonstrating empathy while supporting customers.

Account Types:
  • Travel Account - Must be a high school graduate, preferably with 6 months BPO experience.
  • Banking and Financial Account - Must be a college graduate.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Good customer service skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • Can start ASAP.

Note: Applicants under the new K-12 Curriculum should be senior high school graduates; under the old curriculum, high school graduates are also welcome. Education proofs should be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
