Global Communication Specialist

As a Remote Bilingual Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and help them navigate complex conversations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Ability to pass a language and interpreting skills assessment
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in call center, customer service, or interpreting roles
- Strong verbal communication, bilingual accuracy, and ethical decision-making skills
- Proven ability to think clearly and act professionally in fast-moving, emotionally complex situations
