Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to candidates throughout the hiring process. This role entails managing candidate communication, collaborating with hiring managers, conducting scripted video interviews, maintaining the integrity of our applicant tracking system, and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule candidates for interviews while effectively coordinating calendars and communicating with multiple hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Monitor recruiting activities across the firm and provide consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team
  • Develop and maintain an exceptional candidate experience through the interview process, from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
  • Maintain data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
Requirements:
  • At least one year of administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  • Strong and stable internet connection to facilitate disruption-free video and audio calls
  • Quiet environment with a professional background to facilitate video interviews
