About the Role
  • Lead web3 product operations through pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages.
  • Develop user engagement systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for timely campaigns and product enhancements.
  • Own operational metrics and insights, defining key performance indicators, analyzing data, and optimizing strategies through experimentation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and community teams.
Required Skills

3+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution, preferably in web3, tech, or SaaS.

Deep understanding and genuine interest in web3 and AI space, with experience contributing to or scaling web3 projects.

User-centric skills, experienced in designing and running user operations strategies in decentralized ecosystems.

Data-driven ability to define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and refine operational tactics.
