About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Provisioning Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure, technical services, and client onboarding.

As an IT Provisioning Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with other engineers and technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement client onboarding programs from start to finish;
  • Document network configurations, hardware, credentials, applications, and SaaS platforms;
  • Assess client environments to identify security risks and areas of improvement;
  • Deploy monitoring tools, security services, and self-service solutions;
  • Maintain exceptional communication with clients, project managers, sales teams, and client services teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Strong Background in IT:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT, preferably with a focus on deployment and implementation;
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy;
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure and 365;
  • Familiarity with firewalls, networking concepts, routing, switching, VLANs, Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, and Fortinet;
  • Knowledge of VMware and Apple products is a plus.
