The Role Overview

This key position involves leveraging deep technical knowledge to drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring, incident management, innovative problem-solving, and cross-team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blockchain Network Deployment: Optimize and operate new blockchain networks for maximum performance and reliability.
  • Complex Web3 Issue Resolution: Address high-impact incidents through rigorous troubleshooting, log analysis, and direct coordination with ecosystem partners.
  • Proactive System Monitoring: Develop advanced dashboards to identify trends, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks before they become critical.
  • Incident & Service Level Management: Define, implement, and enforce service-level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs) for system reliability and performance.
  • Automation & Optimization: Implement automation solutions to streamline deployments, reduce manual tasks, and optimize cloud infrastructure cost and efficiency.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with Tier-1 support, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure alignment on system improvements and rapid issue resolution.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to address critical system incidents and maintain continuous service delivery.
