Your Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and SMS with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

  • Handle questions about orders, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds with speed and accuracy.
  • Deliver personalized experiences that reflect each brand's voice, values, and standards.
  • Record and share feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.

What You'll Need

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
