E-Commerce Specialist

- Optimize product descriptions across all listings for clarity and conversion.
- Regularly review the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
- Respond to customer reviews posted on the platform to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Update visual content including banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce-related role.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps, LAN required).
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
