Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns. Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service. Understand customer grievances and solve issues with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, optimize email flows, and create high-performing landing pages.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
