Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to corporate travelers before, during and after their business trips.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the travel experience of our customers is unforgettable from start to finish, for all the right reasons.

This involves creating and completing travel arrangements, ensuring reservations meet client standards and preferences, and providing informed recommendations to enhance the traveler's experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and completing travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
  • Ensuring reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
  • Providing informed and insightful recommendations to enhance the traveler's experience
  • Handling a wide range of bookings from simple to complex, including non-standard and multi-destination bookings
  • Making changes or resolving issues that may arise during or before travel
  • Assignments include both routine and non-routine work

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3 or more years of experience working as a Travel Consultant
  • Advanced knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus)
  • Strong passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamworking skills
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow
