Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the current and future business environment and systems landscape, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Gather and document business requirements, capturing context, current state, desired outcomes, and objectives in comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Presentation of detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in, ensuring that all parties are aligned with the project goals and objectives.
  • Review and evaluation of proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks and potential roadblocks.
  • Collaboration with Product teams to design and implement solutions that align with the company's data-led strategy, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Assessment and management of the impact of requirements on data systems and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Support development, systems testing, UAT, and implementation by working closely with solution partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, facilitating a smooth and successful delivery.
  • Validation of test case scenarios against BRDs and audit test case results performed by UAT testers, ensuring that all requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Adherence to change control and change management procedures related to business requirements, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business operations and systems.
  • Familiarity with data-led strategies and business growth drivers.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
