
Digital Media Manager

This is a full-time, remote role working directly with ownership to shape and grow our brand voice across digital channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a consistent content calendar for social media platforms
- Post daily content aligned with our brand tone
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with followers to foster trust and connection
- Maintain a professional, polished, visual style across all content
- Content Creation & Editing:
- Edit and repurpose short-form video content using in-clinic footage
- Write compelling captions and headlines that resonate with patients and the community
- Collaborate with clinic staff to gather stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational content
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Blog Writing & SEO:
- Write 2-4 blog posts per month focused on patient education
- Perform basic keyword research and optimize posts for search engines
- Email Marketing:
- Design and send engaging email campaigns to our list of subscribers
- Write updates, promotions, and health-related content that supports patient education and retention
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future sends
- Reporting & Collaboration:
- Participate in regular team check-ins via video conferencing
- Use project management tools to stay connected with ownership and clinic staff
- Track performance metrics across digital platforms; provide monthly reporting with insights and recommendations
- Blog Writing & SEO:
- Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital media management, marketing, or content creation (healthcare industry experience a plus)
- Proven ability to grow and manage online communities and increase engagement organically
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand tone and patient-first communication
- Experience with short-form video editing and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and blog writing best practices
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with regular team collaboration
