We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Credit Analyst and Review Officer in Davao City.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers, conducting financial and risk analyses, and supporting lending decisions by preparing Credit Offering Memos (COMs).
- Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis of prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and present COMs to support credit decisions.
- Evaluate risks and recommend appropriate credit structures and terms.
- Monitor borrower performance and identify early warning signals.
- Recommend actions on restructuring, renewals, or collections as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate credit processing.
- A college graduate with a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Officer or Credit Officer in commercial and/or corporate lending with a similar-sized or larger bank.
- Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, banking products, data analysis, financial monitoring and reporting, research, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills, articulate and proficient in oral and written English.
- A collaborative team player who can coordinate effectively across units.
- Strong time management skills, able to work under pressure and meet client requirements.
