About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital optimization team, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and driving business growth through strategic search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, AI-powered tools, programmatic SEO, and SEO automation. You will leverage your knowledge to scale and improve SEO processes efficiently, while ensuring compliance with industry best practices and algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Page SEO

    • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target high-value search terms, focusing on relevance, intent, and competition.

    • Optimize website content, including meta tags, header tags, internal linking, and image alt attributes, to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.

    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all on-page elements are optimized for search engines and user experience.

    • Implement structured data (Schema Markup) to enhance our website's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).

  • Off-Page SEO

    • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings, focusing on quality and relevance over quantity.

    • Monitor backlink quality and regularly clean up any low-quality or toxic links to maintain a penalty-free backlink profile.

    • Stay current with SEO best practices and Google's algorithm changes to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective and compliant.

    • Engage in social media and other third-party platforms to enhance our brand presence and generate quality backlinks.

  • AI in SEO

    • Leverage AI-powered tools to assist in content creation, keyword research, and competitive analysis, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

    • Use AI for content generation and optimization, ensuring it meets SEO guidelines and resonates with our target audience.

    • Monitor AI-driven insights to refine SEO strategies and enhance ranking performance.

  • Programmatic SEO

    • Implement programmatic SEO strategies to automate content generation and optimize large-scale websites or content hubs, increasing efficiency and reducing manual labor.

    • Utilize AI and data-driven techniques to generate high-quality landing pages at scale while maintaining SEO best practices.

    • Analyze and improve the performance of programmatic SEO strategies to enhance site traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • SEO Automation

    • Develop and implement automated SEO processes for tasks such as rank tracking, keyword research, and technical audits, freeing up time for more strategic initiatives.

    • Use SEO automation tools to streamline reporting and data collection, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Optimize workflows for increased efficiency, enabling the team to focus on high-leverage activities that drive business growth.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Regularly track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink health.

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to assess and report on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement.

    • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance SEO outcomes and drive business growth.
