Senior Scrum Master Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead our engineering teams and drive the development of high-impact software and features. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our Scrum teams, clearing blockers, and ensuring they have everything needed to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Facilitation: Lead effective communication among team members, ensuring everyone is on track and informed about project progress.
  • Project Coordination: Provide timely feedback to stakeholders, champion agile values, and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Skill Development: Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members, helping them grow in their roles.
  • Agile Practices: Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs, remove roadblocks, and tweak Agile practices as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Scrum Master Certification is highly desirable.
