Sales and Industry Relations Professional

Job Summary:

The Sales and Industry Relations Professional will be responsible for executing demand creation activities and promotions in assigned sales areas, providing support to the Sales Manager and Distributors in ensuring product availability, visibility, and movement in the channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effective execution of planned demand creation and promotions activities in assigned sales areas.
  • Providing support to the Sales Manager and Distributors in ensuring product availability, visibility, and movement in the channels.
  • Building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including growers, cooperatives, traders, buyers, financiers, agents, and local government units.
  • Providing support to the Technical Manager in establishing, monitoring, and gathering data for Multi-Location Trials and 2nd screening Trials.
  • Regular and periodic communication of gathered market intelligence from industry stakeholders.
  • Reporting and other responsibilities as directed by the Sales Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Successful execution of demand creation activities and promotions.
  • Improved product availability and visibility in assigned sales areas.
  • Strong relationships built with industry stakeholders.
  • Timely and accurate data gathering for Multi-Location Trials and 2nd screening Trials.
  • Regular and periodic communication of market intelligence.

  • Proven experience in sales and industry relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of product development and trial management.
