Job Overview

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across various departments.

The ideal candidate will manage comprehensive data handling for Loss Prevention, Operations, Quality, and Training.

  • Manage and optimize data handling processes across multiple departments

Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis

Requirements

  • 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles

  • Proficiency in SQL querying

  • Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
