Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Officer II to join our team at TESDA. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation and monitoring of HRMD/HRD programs, projects, and activities, as well as draft policies and procedures, maintain personnel records, and perform other related functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation and Monitoring: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HRMD/HRD programs, projects, and activities in the following HR functions: Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System, Leave and Payroll Administration, Employee Welfare and Benefits Programs, and Human Resource Information System.
  2. Policies and Procedures: Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines on human resource management.
  3. Personnel Records: Maintain personnel records and other documents.
  4. Other Functions: Perform other related functions.
