This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth by developing and executing strategies for our Unsecured Lending product portfolio, including credit cards and personal loans. As the Product Management Head, your primary goal is to enhance CVPs and create initiatives to boost acquisition, card activation, spending, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the entire P&L for the card portfolio.
  • Lead the development of CVP, Rewards, Acquisition, and GTM plans for the card base.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand and refine the rewards ecosystem.
  • Present strategic proposals to senior management and external partners.
  • Initiate and monitor baseline and tactical rewards initiatives.
  • Create a communication strategy for the total rewards/rebate program.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Background in project management, product development, sales, and marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of credit card products and services, along with associated financial and non-financial processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
