Software Testing Career

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Tester to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of our software applications.

About the Role:

The Senior Software Tester role involves developing and executing test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications. You will also identify, document, and prioritize software defects using standard bug tracking tools and work collaboratively with the development team to troubleshoot issues.

  • Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and test cases to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and prioritize software defects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software applications.
  • Participate in requirement and design review meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of project objectives.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Senior Software Tester, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in software testing.
  • Extensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.).
  • Proficiency with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., GitHub Issues, Jira, Zephyr, TestRail) and version control systems such as GitHub.
