We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Salaried Agency Leader Program Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Agency Branch Heads and Unit Heads to drive sales growth and develop strategies for improvement.

About the Position
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, business development, and leadership. They will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to enhance productivity and competence among our salaried sales teams, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and competence among our salaried sales teams, aligned with business plans and objectives.
Collaborate with Agency Branch Heads and Unit Heads to drive sales growth and develop strategies for improvement.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing execution plans and adjustments as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field preferred
Proven track record in sales management and business development
Strong analytical, inter-personal, communication (verbal and written) and business development/sales skills
Sales focus, results driven, relationship building, professional maturity, teamwork and self-confidence
