Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and issues within the Go-to-market business using data from internal and external sources to provide valuable insights to decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex business problems and issues within the Go-to-market business
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business unit effectiveness
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
* Design and implement reports and dashboards to support business decision-making

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data/Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics Information Management or Statistics – or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of work experience as a business reporting analyst
* Strong experience in using BI/reporting Tools (Tableau or PowerBI) and Excel to do advance data analysis
* Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

Desirable Skills

* Experience with Seibel and Salesforce is a plus as is strong Data Center business knowledge
* Strong IT knowledge – e.g., owned specific delivery component of IT data mart or reporting projects/process improvement; able to quickly grasp new data concept/ideas and technology
* Fundamental operational control mindset, proactive in understanding the data and be able to deliver true insights behind the movement and correlation of data sets
