Summary:

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely project coordination, meeting deadlines, and tracking deliverables.

The successful candidate will maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal documentation for seamless operations. They will also support data entry, reporting, and campaign performance tracking with attention to detail.

In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate client communications, facilitating timely approvals and fostering strong relationships. They will prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and reports, showcasing expertise.

Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as invoice processing, vendor coordination, and organization of creative assets. The candidate will also support social media scheduling, email marketing coordination, and basic content updates.

Furthermore, they will monitor and manage social media inboxes and Google reviews for multiple clients, ensuring excellent customer service. They will respond to DMs, comments, and online reviews professionally and in line with brand tone.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with content and creative teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, promoting synergy.

About you:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • You possess excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
  • You are able to work independently, managing multiple tasks in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • You have familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, GBP and TikTok.
  • You are collaborative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
