Job Overview

A skilled professional is required to maintain our systems, devices, and networks. This role suits fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of IT experience eager to grow troubleshooting and remote support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for employees, resolving issues related to computer systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows operating systems, peripherals, and common office software.
  • Maintain and monitor network connections, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Manage company SaaS tools, ensuring permissions are updated for new hires and leavers.
  • Track system/application access, asset inventories, and software licenses.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and suggest improvements to enhance company IT operations.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
