The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MSP/VMS processes, compliance, and submission guidelines, allowing for seamless job order management and candidate submissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and recruit highly qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.
- Collaborate with clients to manage job orders and submit top talent candidates.
- Utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and resources to identify exceptional healthcare talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement, delivering high-quality results.
- Work closely with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs through effective communication and collaboration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A self-motivated individual comfortable working independently in a remote role.
- Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
- Access to own sourcing tools, such as job boards, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
