Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit highly qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.
  • Collaborate with clients to manage job orders and submit top talent candidates.
  • Utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and resources to identify exceptional healthcare talent.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement, delivering high-quality results.
  • Work closely with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs through effective communication and collaboration.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A self-motivated individual comfortable working independently in a remote role.
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
  • Access to own sourcing tools, such as job boards, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
