Key Role in Business Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to spearhead our business expansion efforts.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in sales.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and research.
  • Bid on potential customers to create a pipeline of leads.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to determine the suitability of our products/services to their needs.
  • Schedule demos and meetings to facilitate the sales process.
  • Manage customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
  • Analyze sales data to set goals and report performance results.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Superb organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with current technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
  • Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
