Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve medical claims
  • Collaborate with the supervisory team to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Analyze and resolve denied claims and correspondences
  • Communicate effectively with patients and insurance carriers
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Medical Billing experience in the US Healthcare Industry, specifically in Oncology and Infusion Services
  • Proficient in EPIC software and other relevant systems
  • Knowledge of EOBs, copays, deductibles, various Insurance plans, secondary insurances, Medicare, Medi-Cal, contract adjustments
  • Understanding of modifiers, diagnosis, and CPT codes
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
