At Dempsy Resource Management Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Claims Analyst to join our team. As a Claims Validation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical claims.
About the Role:
- Evaluate claims received by assessing the completeness of documents, the necessity and reasonableness of expenses, and encoding and simplifying diagnosis data for entry.
- Conduct routine reconciliation of Outstanding Accounts with Providers to be reported to the Provider Relation Department.
- Ensure all medical claims documents are properly filed and labeled.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's of Science degree, preferably in a medical course.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Relevant work experience is an asset.
