We are looking for a skilled Claims Validation Specialist to join our team at Dempsy Resource Management Inc. As a Healthcare Data Encoder, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing medical claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate claims received by reviewing the completeness of documents and the necessity and reasonableness of expenses.
- Encode and simplify diagnosis data for entry.
- Conduct routine reconciliation of Outstanding Accounts with Providers.
- Ensure all medical claims documents are properly filed and labeled.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science degree in a medical course or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Relevant work experience is an asset.
