Senior Network Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade Cisco and Fortinet network solutions. This includes collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand network requirements and deliver tailored solutions. You will also perform network assessments, audits, and health checks to optimize infrastructure performance and troubleshoot complex network issues involving routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with advanced routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, VRFs, NAT, and VPNs. You will be responsible for creating firewall policies, configuring UTM features, and implementing threat prevention in Fortinet platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or consulting roles
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced routing protocols
  • Solid understanding of VLANs, STP, VRFs, NAT, and VPNs
  • Experience with firewall policy creation, UTM features, and threat prevention in Fortinet platforms

Preferred qualifications include Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent, Fortinet NSE4/FCP or higher certification, experience with SD-WAN, network automation tools, cloud networking, and familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.

Benefits:

This is a part-time role with the potential to transition to a full-time position if it works out well. The compensation for this position is PHP 500 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance and experience.
